FAQ
What is this wall?
A static board of 100 permanent advertising slots for Australian small businesses, run by Oz Digital Studio (Brisbane). You buy once; your logo, name, tagline and link stay on the page.
How much does a slot cost?
Founding rates (first 10 sold): Small A$29, Medium A$59, Featured A$99. Prices rise as the wall fills — see the ladder on the home page. Your purchase price is locked in forever.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. One-time payment for a permanent listing while the wall stays online. We may offer optional refresh / redesign help later; that would be separate.
How fast will my slot go live?
We manually approve listings within 24 hours after payment clears (Australia/Brisbane business days preferred). You may see a “pending” state briefly.
What content is not allowed?
Adult content, gambling, scams, counterfeits, hate, or anything illegal under Australian law. We can remove a listing that breaks the rules and will not refund clear policy breaches.
Do you fake “sold” slots to look popular?
No. Empty tiles say “Your business here.” We may later gift a few free founder slots to real AU creators — those will be labelled clearly.
Can I change my logo or URL later?
Yes — email us the update. Reasonable changes are free; we may decline frequent churn that looks like spam.
What is ?ref=aussiewall?
We append that query parameter to outbound links so you (and we) can see traffic that came from this wall in your analytics.
Where do I pay?
Via Payhip. After you submit the claim form you continue to the matching Payhip checkout for Small (A$29), Medium (A$59) or Featured (A$99). Questions: ozdigitalstudio@zohomail.com.
Refunds?
If we decline your listing for policy reasons before it goes live, you get a full refund. After a listing is live for 7+ days, purchases are generally final except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
