When you claim a slot we collect business name, website URL, optional logo URL, tagline, Australian state/territory, category, and your contact email. Payment details are handled by Payhip — we do not store card numbers on this static site.
Why we collect it
To review, publish and support your listing; to send a receipt / approval note; and to enforce listing rules.
What is public
Approved business name, logo, tagline, state, category and outbound URL appear on the public wall. Your email is not shown publicly.
Local storage
The claim form may keep a copy of your draft claim in your browser’s localStorage so you can recover it if payment setup is incomplete. Clear site data to remove it.
Outbound links
Clicks from the wall to your site may include ?ref=aussiewall. That helps you measure referral traffic.
Retention
We keep listing and contact records while your slot is live and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute handling.
