Terms of listing
Effective 7 November 2026 (Australia/Brisbane). Operator: Oz Digital Studio, Brisbane, Australia.
1. What you buy
A one-time licence to display your approved business name, logo, tagline and URL on a numbered slot of the Aussie Small Business Wall for as long as Oz Digital Studio keeps the wall publicly online.
2. Approval
All listings are manually reviewed. We aim to approve or decline within 24 hours of cleared payment. We may request changes. Declined listings before go-live receive a full refund.
3. Prohibited content
You must not submit adult sexual content, gambling, scams, phishing, counterfeit goods, hate speech, or anything unlawful in Australia. Breach may result in removal without refund.
4. Your promises
You own or have rights to the logo and copy you submit. Your linked destination is a real business you control. You will keep the destination reasonably online and non-malicious.
5. Our role
We provide the wall as a promotional directory. We do not endorse listed businesses, guarantee traffic or sales, or mediate disputes between you and your customers.
6. Pricing ladder
Published prices may rise as more slots sell. The price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your slot. Sold-out tiers cannot be guaranteed until payment clears.
7. Changes & removal
Reasonable creative updates (logo/URL/tagline) are allowed. We may remove listings that break these terms, become malicious, or after repeated non-response to abuse reports.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.
